About Us
Law Office Hendro Saryanto & Partners was established in 2002 with a primary focus on insurance, covering both general insurance and life insurance, including conventional and Sharia insurance. In 2023, Law Office Hendro Saryanto & Partners changed its name to Hendarto, Saryanto & Partners Law Firm, expanding its legal services scope.
Hendarto, Saryanto & Partners Law Firm has experience in handling various legal issues in District Courts, Religious Courts (related to Sharia insurance and Sharia banking), Consumer Dispute Settlement Board (BPSK), Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), other Ad-Hoc Arbitration Boards, Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU), Commercial Courts, Administrative Courts (PTUN), as well as addressing legal issues related to insurance crimes and other corporate matters.

Senior Partner
Hendro obtained his Bachelor of Law degree from Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI). He also successfully completed his Master of Law studies at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Borobudur. Hendro has been practicing law for over a decade in various legal fields such as civil, agrarian, criminal, property, family, bankruptcy, corporate, financial, and insurance law.
His extensive experience enables him to establish strong partnerships with various government institutions and other important bodies. He is a member of several non-governmental organizations and is a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia – PERADI).
Dimas A. Hendarto, S.H.
Managing Partner
Dimas has previously represented various business sectors, including but not limited to insurance companies, banking institutions, as well as technology and application companies. Dimas has also assisted clients in business setup, compliance, debt recovery, government relations, property protection, investigations, and court monitoring & support.
Dimas has represented clients in processes at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia – BANI) and the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha – KPPU). He also has experience in investigative work, providing investigation services for high-profile clients. Dimas has received education at Taylors College in Melbourne, Australia, and the Western Academy of Beijing in China.
